To call out companies with the worst customer service in Brazil, Reclame AQUI - the country’s top consumer protection platform created a music festival with a twist.

On World Consumer Rights Day, three of Brazil’s biggest bands were invited to perform live versions of the most frustrating on-hold music, right in front of the headquarters of companies topping the complaint database.

Branded as the On Hold Music Festival, the event turned the tables giving disrespectful companies 5,000 watts of their own medicine, powered by public frustration and massive social amplification.
